How Thermo Gap Climate Control Works Mutt Homes have two skins with a 20mm gap between skins and a top vent. As air between the skins warms, it rises and exits through the vent. In summer, cool air is drawn in from the base while the warm air is expelled, and in winter, the vent is closed for heat retention and double skin insulation. |

Tough Construction UV stabilized Polyethylene. H3 timber framing where there is no ground contact. H4 treated timber bearers. H3 treating decking in the porch and run areas. Easy to Clean Mutt Homes fully dismantle for thorough cleaning. To remove the kennel from the base for cleaning undo the "TriStar Knob" on the top and lift the outer kennel off. Undo the 3 bungee clips on the inner kennel, lift the back of the kennel so the clip on the top of the entrance is free, and lift the inner kennel off. Reverse the procedure to reassemble.

The dog in these two photos is a large male dog of 36kg who is approx 80cms high and 1.05m from nose to the base of his tail.
He loves his Mutt Home and his owners say that he stays cool in the summer and warm and dry in the winter.
